Innovative Pianoworks is a family business that has roots that date back almost 40 years in the piano industry. Phil Smith, Tony’s father and the patriarch of the family, began working on pianos out of his garage in 1976 and over the years grew it into a successful business. Today, IPW is dedicated to providing quality piano service, applied technological solutions, and a variety of piano-related products.
